Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will process the exchange subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloads
